Croatian Cheese Lasagna
A hearty Italian-inspired dish with a Croatian twist, featuring nutty flavors from the cheese and roasted goodness from the lasagna.

- β8 oz, shredded roasted cheese
- β8 oz, shredded nutty cheese
- β8 oz, crumbled croatian cheese
- β2 large eggs
- β1/4 cup, grated parmesan cheese
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook lasagna according to package instructions.

In a large mixing bowl, combine roasted cheese and nutty cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Spread a layer of cheese mixture on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Arrange 4 lasagna sheets on top of the cheese mixture.
