Sausage and Kabanos Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe featuring sausage and kabanos, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 package (about 8 slices) KabanosPolish sausage
- β1 pound SausageSweet or hot, sliced
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilFor frying
- β1 medium OnionSliced
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 medium Bell pepperSliced
- β2 tablespoons StirStir fry sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the kabanos and cook for 1-2 minutes, until crispy.

Stir in the stir fry sauce and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
