Smoky Chicken Curry
A flavorful and aromatic Indian-inspired dish featuring smoky chicken in a rich, nutty curry sauce. Serve over steamed basmati rice or with naan bread.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons nutty curry pastestore-bought or homemade
- β1 teaspoon smoky paprikaoptional
- β1 teaspoon curry powderadjust to taste
- β1/2 teaspoon garam masalaadjust to taste
- β2 tablespoons coconut oilfor cooking
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cups garden tomatoeschopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
