Smoky Knafeh Skillet
A twist on traditional breakfast dishes, this recipe combines the flavors of smoky cheese with crispy kneafeh in a skillet. Serve warm and enjoy!
Ingredients
- β1 package (about 12 sheets) knafeh
- β8 oz (225g) smoky cheeseShredded or crumbled
- β2 tbsp (30g) nutty butterOptional
- β1 skilletAny type of skillet will do
- β2 eggsBeaten
- βto taste salt
Instructions

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them together. Add a pinch of salt to taste.

2. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the nutty butter if using.

3. Add the kneafeh sheets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy.

4. Remove the kneafeh from the skillet and set aside.

5. Add the shredded cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and smooth.

6. Pour the beaten eggs over the cheese in the skillet.

7. Add the cooked kneafeh back into the skillet and stir until the eggs are cooked through.
