French Paillote Crusted Snapper
A simple and flavorful dish featuring a crispy paillote crust on a delicate snapper, served with a side of sautéed wheat
Ingredients

- ●1 cup paillote
- ●2 tsp brazilian spices
- ●1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- ●2 tbsp nutty oil
- ●to taste salt
- ●1 snappy lemon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the snapper fillets with salt and Brazilian spices.

Dredge the fillets in whole wheat flour, shaking off excess.

Dip the floured fillets in the paillote, pressing gently to coat.

Heat the nutty oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the paillote-crusted snapper for 2-3 minutes on each side.
