Kenyan Trout Tacos
A fusion of traditional Kenyan and Mexican flavors, this dish features pan-seared trout served in a crispy taco shell.

- β2 Rainbow Peppers
- β1/2 cup Nutty Almonds
- β1 can Stew Tomatoes
- β4 Tender Tortillas
- β1/2 cup Sour Cream
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Chili Powder
- βto taste Salt
