- β1 block (14 oz) Velvety Tofu
- β2 tbsp Miso
- β2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- β1 tsp Soy Sauce
- β1/4 tsp Brazilian-Style Sea Saltadds a nice depth of flavor
- β1 cup Myeolchi (Korean Mung Bean Sprouts)adds a nice crunch and texture
- β1/4 cup Chopped Green Onionsadds a nice freshness
- β1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seedsadds a nice nutty flavor
- β2 tbsp Poke Saucestore-bought or homemade

Instructions

Cut the velvety tofu into small cubes.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the miso, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
