Crispy Carnitas Tacos with Avocado Salsa

- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Mexican-style seasoning
- β3 Avocados
- β1/2 cup Red onion
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β1 pinch Nutmeg

Cut pork shoulder into large chunks and place in a bowl.

In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, vegetable oil, and Mexican-style seasoning. Pour over pork chunks and toss to coat.
