Cranberry Moroccan Chicken
A flavorful and aromatic chicken dish infused with Moroccan spices and sweet cranberries.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 cup nutty couscous
- β1 cup dried cranberries
- β2 teaspoons moroccan spice blend
- β1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- βchopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Rinse the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towels.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breast until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
