Savory Algerian Sausage Tagine
A hearty and flavorful North African-inspired dish made with tender sausage, crispy vegetables, and aromatic spices.

- ●2 Trasmall to medium size
- ●2 Crispsmall to medium size
- ●1 cup Nuttychopped
- ●1 Taginewith a heavy bottom for slow cooking

1. Heat oil in the tagine over medium heat.

2. Add the Algerian sausages and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the tra and crisp, cook for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.

4. Add the nutty and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cover the tagine and transfer it to the oven.

7. Cook at 300°F (150°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
