Grilled Pescador Skewers

Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces 1 pound white fish (such as tilapia)cut into 1-inch cubes
- β12-15 pieces 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined threaded onto skewers
- β12-15 pieces 1/2 pound squid rings threaded onto skewers
- β 1/4 cup oceanic sauce (such as malagueta sauce)
- β 1/4 cup lime juice
- β 2 cloves garlic, minced
- β 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- β Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread fish, shrimp, and squid onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
