Pan-Seared Gorgonzola and Dolce Shrimp
A decadent and sweet shrimp dish featuring the creamy gorgonzola cheese and a drizzle of dolce sauce.
Ingredients
- β12 ShrimpLarge, peeled and deveined
- β8 oz Gorgonzola cheeseCrumbly
- β1/2 cup Dolce sauceHomemade or store-bought
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakesOptional
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor cooking
- β1 tsp SaltFor seasoning
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped, for garnish

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the gorgonzola cheese to the skillet.

Stir until the cheese is melted and smooth.

Add the dolce sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss to coat with the gorgonzola-dolce sauce.

Season with salt and Korean chili flakes (if using).
