Spanish Seafood Paella
A classic Spanish dish made with succulent seafood and flavored with saffron. This paella is perfect for a dinner party.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Mussels
- β1 cup Clams
- β1/2 pound Spanish chorizo
- β1 cup Uncooked Arborio rice
- β2 cups Chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chorizo and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the shrimp, mussels, and clams, and cook until the seafood is opaque and slightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the Arborio rice and stir to coat the rice with the oil and mix with the seafood.

Add the chicken broth, tomato paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.

Remove the cover and continue to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
