Moroccan Fish Tagine

- β2 tsp Moroccan spice blend
- β6 Chewy datespitted and chopped
- β1 tsp Fish tagine spice mix

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large clay or ceramic tagine over medium heat.

Add the chopped dates and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally.

Add the fish pieces and cook until they start to flake apart, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Moroccan spice blend, fish tagine spice mix, salt, and pepper.
