Egyptian Ful Medames
A traditional Egyptian dish made from fava beans, often served for breakfast.

Ingredients
- β1 cup, dried, soaked overnight ful
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley egyptian
- β2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add soaked and drained ful, cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
