Japanese Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy Japanese-inspired dish using noodles and a variety of ingredients. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β8 oz noodlesJapanese-style noodles
- β1 papelon1 papelon (about 1 inch in diameter)
- β2 tbsp oilyOily (for stir frying)
- β1 cup outwardoutward (such as bok choy or Chinese broccoli)
- β2 tbsp japaneseJapanese seasonings (such as soy sauce or sesame oil)

Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oily in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the papelon and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until slightly charred.

Add the outward and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until tender.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir to combine with the outward and papelon.
