Mexican Parmesan Pasta Bake
A rich and cheesy Mexican pasta bake, perfect for a cozy night in. This recipe combines the flavors of Mexico with the comfort of a pasta bake.

- β1 cup parmesan cheese
- β1/2 cup portuguese cheese
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp chili powder
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chili powder and cumin to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Stir in the parmesan and portuguese cheese until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until well coated with the cheese sauce.
