Bacalhau à Brás
A traditional Portuguese cod dish made with shredded cod, onions, potatoes, and scrambled eggs. This recipe is a staple in Portuguese cuisine.
Ingredients

- ●1 medium onion
- ●2 medium potato
- ●4 eggs
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Shred the cod into small pieces and rinse with cold water.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
