Spanish Seafood Paella

Ingredients
- β1 cup Spanish rice
- β1 cup Oily vegetables (e.g. artichokes)Chopped
- β1 pound Seafood mix (shrimp, mussels, clams)Fresh

- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup Velvety sauce (e.g. romesco)Store-bought or homemade

Instructions

Heat oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add vegetables and cook until tender.
