Canadian Pappardelle with Silky Morcilla Sauce
A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring morcilla sausage, Canadian cheese, and silky sauce.
Ingredients

- ●1 lb Morcilla SausageSpanish-style
- ●1/2 cup Old Fashioned Cheddar CheeseCanadian

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pappardelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the morcilla sausage until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the homemade silky béchamel sauce to the skillet with the morcilla sausage and stir to combine.

Add the cooked pappardelle pasta to the skillet with the morcilla sausage and béchamel sauce, and toss to combine.
