- β2 medium Potatoes (2 medium)
- β2 medium Fresh tomatoes (2 medium)
- β1 tablespoon Old style Kenyan stew spice

- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 cups Water (2 cups)

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
