Macaroni Pasta Bake
A classic comfort food dish made with macaroni pasta, a blend of cheeses, and a hint of spice.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup, shredded Oozey cheese
- ●1 tsp Zanzibari spice blend
- ●1 cup Pasta
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, combine the oozey cheese, zanzibari spice blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese mixture, and a splash of milk (optional). Mix well to combine.

Transfer the macaroni mixture to a baking dish and top with additional oozey cheese (if using).

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the macaroni is heated through.
