Creamy Tomato Ramen Bake
A rich and satisfying bake combining the flavors of ramen with a creamy tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Ramenany flavor
- β14 oz Canned Tomatocrushed or diced
- β1/2 cup Heavy Cream-
- β1/4 cup Grated Parmesan-
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil-
- β Salt and Pepperto taste
- βchopped (optional) Fresh Basil-
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook ramen according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add crushed tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked ramen to the saucepan and toss to combine with the tomato cream sauce.

Transfer the ramen mixture to a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the ramen.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with chopped fresh basil, if desired.
