Pan-Seared Trout Relleno
A flavorful dish that combines the delicate taste of trout with the richness of a Mexican relleno.
Ingredients

- β1 cup oozy, buttery relleno filling store-bought or homemade

- β1/2 cup rainbow cheddar cheeseshredded
