Creamy Stilton Casserole
A rich and comforting casserole filled with creamy sauce and melted stilton cheese, perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- β120g Stilton cheesecrumbly blue cheese
- β150ml creamheavy cream
- β1 casserolesmall casserole dish
- β50g uruguayan cheesesoft, creamy cheese
- β2 tablespoons flourall-purpose flour
- β20g butterunsalted butter

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Butter the casserole dish and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Slowly pour in the cream, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in the Stilton cheese until melted.

Add the Uruguayan cheese and mix until well combined.

Transfer the sauce to the prepared casserole dish.
