Jamaican Paneer Curry
A rich and creamy curry made with paneer cheese and a blend of Jamaican spices.

- β300g paneerIndian cheese
- β2 tsp curry powderJamaican curry powder blend
- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat coconut milk
- β1 tsp jamaican jerk seasoningfor added flavor
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 inches gingergrated
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp corianderground
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
