Filipino Beef Bistek

In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, and garlic. Pour in bistek and mix until the beef is well coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove the beef from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.
