Creamy Toor Dal Risotto

- β2 tbsp oozyolive oil
- β1 cup risotto
- β2 tsp italiandried basil
- β4 cups water
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1/4 cup grated parmesan

Heat the oozy in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the toor dal and cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly toasted.
