Spicy Miso Ramen
A spicy and savory twist on the classic Japanese ramen. A perfect comfort food for any occasion.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons miso paste
- β8 ounces ramen noodles
- β1/4 cup, crumbled bryndza cheeseoptional
- β4 cups spicy miso broth
- β1/2 cup, shredded oozy cheeseoptional
- β1/4 cup sliced green onions
- β1/4 cup sliced bean sprouts
- β1/4 cup sliced scallions

Bring the spicy miso broth to a boil in a large pot.

Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.

While the noodles are cooking, heat the miso paste in a small saucepan over low heat.

Add the bryndza cheese to the miso paste and stir until melted.

Season the miso-bryndza mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

To assemble the ramen, place a portion of noodles in a bowl and top with the miso-bryndza mixture.

Add sliced green onions, bean sprouts, and scallions on top of the miso-bryndza mixture.

If desired, sprinkle shredded oozy cheese on top for an extra burst of flavor.
