Ethiopian Injera Pancakes
A traditional Ethiopian flatbread, adapted into a delicious and easy-to-make pancake recipe. Perfect for kids and adults alike.

- β1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- β1/4 cup orange juice
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1 teaspoon baking powder
