Brazilian Wrap Fiesta
A vibrant and flavorful vegetarian wrap filled with roasted vegetables, served with a side of tangy orange sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 Brazilian wrap
- β1/2 Orangejuice only
- β1 tsp Infused chicken seasoningchicken free alternative
- β1 cup Roasted bell peppersany color
- β1 cup Roasted zucchinisliced
- β1/2 cup Chopped red onionoptional
- β1/4 cup Cilantro leavesoptional

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Slice the bell peppers and zucchini, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and roast for 20-25 minutes.

3. While the vegetables are roasting, prepare the orange sauce by mixing together the orange juice and infused chicken seasoning.

4. Warm the Brazilian wrap in the oven or in a pan with a little oil.

5. Assemble the wrap by spreading a layer of orange sauce on the wrap, followed by the roasted vegetables, red onion, and cilantro leaves.
