Turkish Doner Kebab Tofu Wrap
A vegetarian twist on the popular Turkish dish, featuring marinated tofu and fresh orange slices wrapped in a crispy doner kebab.
Ingredients
- β1 block TofuExtra-firm, drained and cut into thin strips
- β1, juiced OrangeFreshly squeezed
- β2 tbsp Infused Olive OilFlavored with garlic and herbs
- β1 package Turkish Doner KebabPre-made, store-bought or homemade
- β1 cup, shredded LettuceFresh
- β1 cup, sliced TomatoFresh
- β1/2 cup, thinly sliced Red OnionFresh
- β1/2 cup, sliced CucumberFresh
- β2 cloves, minced GarlicFresh
- β1 tsp PaprikaSmoked, sweet or hot

Heat the infused olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the tofu and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Warm the Turkish doner kebab according to package instructions.

Slice the kebab into thin strips.

Assemble the wraps by spreading a layer of tofu on the bottom, followed by a few slices of kebab, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, and orange slices.

Drizzle with additional infused olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
