German Sausage Skewers
A classic German-inspired dish featuring oven-roasted sausage skewers. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal or outdoor gathering.
Ingredients
- β1 pound organic pork sausage
- β2 organic bell peppers
- β1 organic onions
- β1 cup organic mushrooms
- β1 pint organic cherry tomatoes
- β2 cloves roasted garlic
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces and thread onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Cut bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and thread onto skewers alongside sausage.

Place skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil over skewers and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
