Grilled Australian Blackberry Skewers

Ingredients

- β1 pound Pork tenderloin
- β1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β2 tablespoons Honey
- β1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- β1/2 cup Australian bush tomato sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce)optional

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch pieces and thread onto skewers with vegetables, leaving a little space between each piece.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, and garlic powder.

Brush the mixture onto the pork and vegetables.

Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.

Brush with Australian bush tomato sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce) during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
