Venezuelan Beef Empanadas
A delicious and crispy empanada filled with ground beef, perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Ground Beef
- β1/2 cup Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1/2 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- β2 large Eggs
- β1 package Venezuelan Empanada Dough
- β1/4 cup Coconut Oil

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is translucent.

Add ground beef, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook until beef is browned.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs.

Roll out empanada dough and use a cookie cutter to create shapes.

Place a spoonful of beef mixture onto the center of each dough shape.
