Egyptian-Style Lamb Kebabs
Tender lamb skewers marinated in a blend of spices and grilled to perfection, inspired by the flavors of Egypt.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesFat-trimmed lamb for best results
- β4 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing skewers during grilling
- β2 tbsp Egyptian spicesA mix of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cardamom
- β2 tbsp Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed
- β2 cloves Garlic, mincedFor added depth of flavor
- βto taste Salt and pepperFor seasoning lamb
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped, for garnish

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Egyptian spices, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix until they're evenly coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
