Filipino-Style Ginataang Bilo-Bilo
A traditional Filipino dessert made with sweetened tapioca pearls, coconut milk, and glutinous rice balls. This version is a refreshing take on the classic, perfect for warm weather.

- β2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour
- β2 cups Coconut Milk
- β1 cup Sugar
- β4 cups Water
- β1/4 teaspoon Pandan Extract

Combine glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl. Knead until a dough forms.

Divide dough into small balls and cook in boiling water until they float.

Combine coconut milk, sugar, and pandan extract in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

Add tapioca pearls to the coconut milk mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
