Buttery German Potato Dumplings
A classic German dish featuring boiled dumplings smothered in a rich butter sauce.

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the potatoes until they're tender.

Drain the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl.

Add the flour to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each one into a ball.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the dumplings for 10-12 minutes.
