Barramundi Tagine with Tunisian Spices

- β1 teaspoon corianderground
- β1/2 teaspoon paprikasmoked
- β2 tablespoons tomato pasteconcentrated
- β1 cup chicken brothlow-sodium
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped
- β1 cup fluffy couscousfor serving

Heat the olive oil in a large tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.
