Vietnamese Chicken Wings Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with crispy Vietnamese-style chicken wings. Perfect for a quick snack or lunch.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons fish sauceor to taste
- β2 tablespoons lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup cilantrochopped
- β1 large flour tortilla wrap
- β1/2 cup lettuceshredded
- β1/4 cup pickled carrotsthinly sliced

2. In a large bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and cilantro. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.

3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange the chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.

5. Warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

6. Assemble the wrap by placing the cooked chicken wings in the center of the wrap, followed by shredded lettuce and pickled carrots.

7. Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
