Malaysian Fruit Skewers
A simple and colorful dessert perfect for warm weather. Fresh fruit is threaded onto skewers and served with a sweet and sticky sauce.

- β2 medium, slices Banana
- β1 cup, hulled and sliced Strawberries
- β1 cup, halved Grapes
- β1 cup, chunks Mango
- β2 tbsp Coconut sugar
- β1 tbsp Water
- β1 tsp Lime juice

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Thread the fruit onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
