Venezuelan-Style Roasted Noodle Bake
A fusion dish that combines Venezuelan flavors with roasted noodles, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- β8 oz noodlesany type of noodle, but wide noodles work best
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp chili flakes
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp paprika
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic, chili flakes, cumin, and paprika to the skillet. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cooked noodles, egg, and the skillet mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
