Creamy Italian Pudding
A rich and creamy dessert inspired by Italian flavors, perfect for warm weather. This pudding is light and refreshing, with a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup sugar
- β3 large egg yolks
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β2 tsp cocoa powder

Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture comes to a simmer.

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and vanilla extract.

Temper the egg yolks by slowly pouring the warm milk mixture into the egg yolks, whisking constantly.
