Filipino Pork Skewers with Sour Marinade
Tender pork skewers marinated in a tangy sour mixture, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesFor skewers
- β1/2 cup Sour calamansi juiceFilipino lime juice
- β4 cloves Garlic, mincedMince garlic before adding
- β1 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly groundFor marinade
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilFor brushing skewers
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, choppedFor garnish

In a blender or food processor, combine sour calamansi juice, garlic, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine pork cubes and marinade. Mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
