Spicy Jamaican Herring Curry
A flavorful and spicy Jamaican-style curry made with herring, onions, garlic, ginger, and a blend of curry spices.

- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch pieces herring
- β1 large, chopped onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 inches, peeled and grated ginger
- β2 tablespoons curry powder
- β1/4 cup spicy curry sauce
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
