Baked Norwegian Feta Pasta
A simple, baked pasta dish with Norwegian feta and a blend of herbs, perfect as a comforting dinner option.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Norwegian feta cheese
- β8 oz pasta (gluten-free)penne or fusilli
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β2 cloves minced garlic
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Crumbled the Norwegian feta cheese and add it to the skillet with the garlic. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the feta mixture. Toss well to combine.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with chopped parsley.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
