Baked Ukrainian Cheese Casserole
A traditional Ukrainian dish, this baked casserole is filled with melted cheese and perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Cottage cheese
- β1 cup Ricotta cheese
- β1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 2 large eggs
- β1/2 cup 1/2 cup milk
- β1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Dot the top of the casserole with melted butter.
