- ●50ml maple syrup
- ●1 tsp cinnamon
- ●1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess liquid.

Wrap the tofu in foil and roast for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine custard, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.

Pour the mixture into ramekins and top with sugar.

Place the ramekins in a baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides.
