Roasted Boudin Noir Dumplings
A twist on traditional Chinese dumplings, filled with rich roasted boudin noir and perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- β250g Boudin Noir
- β20 Dumpling WrappersStore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 Roasted OnionCaramelized
- β3 cloves Roasted GarlicMince
- β2 tbsp Soy SauceDark
- β1 tsp Sesame OilFor brushing dumplings
- β1/4 cup ScallionsChopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Wrap each dumpling wrapper around a tablespoon of boudin noir, leaving a small border. Seal edges.

Place dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush tops with sesame oil and sprinkle with scallions.

Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

While dumplings are roasting, heat soy sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.

Serve dumplings hot with the garlic-soy sauce.
