Chinese Oven Roasted Chicken Noodles
A simple and delicious dish that combines the flavors of Chinese cuisine with the convenience of the oven. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 whole chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β8 oz noodlesany type of noodle will work
- β2 tbsp soy sauceor to taste
- β1 tbsp honeyor to taste
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp gingergrate or mince
- β2 tbsp olive oilor to taste
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.

Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the chicken.
